The appointment was organised speedily and ADR attended promptly and carried out a full service, recommending further work to rectify faults with the boiler pressure. Courteous and professional, would definitely recommend.

I am very happy with the 4 new radiators as they emit very good heat even at a low temperature setting.The 2 engineers spent 5 and a half hours to get the job done and did a very thorough job. ADR Plumbing and Heating have done work for me before in February this year, and I was pleased with the work then as well.
I’d not used this company before, but found good reviews, and was really impressed. Anthony worked quickly and very efficiently, servicing a central heating system that had been ignored for 3 years. He recommended a safety upgrade, and had everything he needed with him. Tidy, neat, and did an excellent job at a very fair price. I would absolutely recommend, and will ask them to now look at my gas fire.
The job was fitted in , post another task,in a very short time. The job was completed in a very tidy ,and efficient manner by a very efficient fitter .

Adam attended and was clean and tidy in the work he did ensuign floor covers and shoe covers were in place. He diagnosed the issue qucikly and rectified it and tested before explaining the issue and how it had been fixed. Very happy with the prompt and tidy service.

From my first phone call to ADR and Antony coming to quote, through to Adam installing the boiler, I can say I am very pleased to recommend the service I received from all involved.
I would highly recommend ADR for any central heating work. We had a very old tank-based system replaced as a part of a larger renovation. When comparing with other pieces of work and trades, this was probably the only job that was completed on time as originally scheduled. Standard of ADR work is high. The new boiler cupboard and the set up looks much better than what I have at the moment in a new build I am moving from. Plus, no doubts about the benefit of combi system with no massive tanks taking space. Huge thanks to ADR for the great work and I would definitely deal with them in the future.
New boiler for Xmas. – Heaven ADR did a terrific job for us sourcing and installing our new boiler following the old boiler constantly failing during cold weather periods and often not heating the water sufficiently to have a decent temperature in the showers. We were aboard on holiday when the boiler broke down again so I contacted ADR who visited my house to try to get at least some heat on during a very cold period. This was successful but Anthony recommended a new boiler because this was the third year we have suffered boiler unreliability. Anthony was fastidious with everything he did
ADR Plumbing and Heating have just completed the re-site and installation of a new central heating boiler for us. We found both Anthony and Adam to be very professional and reliable, always arriving promptly every day of the install. Regular updates made for good communications from the quote to completion. Their workmanship can’t be faulted and we are extremely pleased with the final result. Plus they came in on the original quote so cannot recommend more highly and will use again.
